GROUP SALES INFORMATION

What is a group? 20 +
Groups of 20 or more are often entitled to discounted ticket prices (when applicable), NO service charge, and no deposit is required.
For our School Shows and Summer Fun Family Series, groups of 15 or more receive NO service charge and 1 complimentary ticket for each 15 paid admissions.

How do I book for my group?
To make a reservation simply call our Group Sales Department at 215-572-7650 x208. At this time we'll discuss the best available seating and any particulars regarding your visit. You can also use the convenient on line order form.
|
|
What is the payment policy?
Once a reservation is made, an invoice will be sent. Payment is due no later than 30 days before the event. Payment cannot be taken at the door for advance reservations - No CODs.
VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted as well as cash and checks.
Reservations maybe automatically cancelled if payment is not received by the due date.

How do I receive my tickets?
As soon as payment is applied to your reservation, the tickets will be printed and mailed so you have ample time to distribute them to your group members. For groups attending Student Shows and Summer Series events, an Admission Voucher is emailed or mailed.

Where do I park my bus?
Free parking is available. Arrangements must be made for your tour buses in advance, so when you make your reservation, be sure to include your transportation details.
School bus parking is also available and traffic control staff are posted at various locations around the theater to direct buses for parking and safe unloading of students, and for picking up after the show.
|

Promotional materials may be available to assist you in advertising the event to your group members and clients.
|
|
Free study guides are usually available for educators for many of the educational programs during the school year.
