"The greatest Beatles band, without the wigs" - Rolling Stone Magazine
Most of us never saw The Beatles in concert but The Fab Faux faithfully recreate some of the most extraordinary music ever written and are arguably, the next best thing. Five of the hardest-working musicians from NYC tackle the Beatles’ most demanding material, live. Now in their 20th year performing together, The Fab Faux’s members are Jimmy Vivino (Conan), legendary bassist Will Lee (Late Night with David Letterman), drummer Rich Pagano (Rosanne Cash, Roger Waters) keyboardist Jack Petruzzelli (Joan Osborne, Patti Smith, Rufus Wainwright) and guitarist Frank Agnello (Phoebe Snow, Marshall Crenshaw). They are sometimes aided by The Hogshead Horns and The Creme Tangerine Strings to achieve an uncanny recreation of the Beatles’ complex orchestral sound.
The shows set list changes radically: sometimes the White Album in its entirety, sometimes Abbey Road but most times, a varied themed show. In the end, a soulful and dynamic evening of the greatest music ever written by the most celebrated Beatles band.
