From Center City Philadelphia

Use SEPTA Glenside Combined – Lansdale, Doylestown, or Warminster (formerly R2 or R5) commuter line to the Glenside Train Station (approximately 20 minutes). Three blocks north on Easton Rd. Right on Keswick Ave. – Theatre is on the left. Please note, with the new extended schedules, the last train leaving Glenside for Center City is at 12:15 AM.

From the Broad & Olney subway station

Use the Rt. 22 SEPTA bus, which stops at the corner of Easton Rd. & Keswick Ave.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE KESWICK THEATRE

1.5 miles from the northwest city limit of Philadelphia, nestled between Cheltenham, Willow Grove, Abington, & Jenkintown

Lincoln Drive (From the Schuylkill Expressway (76), City Line Avenue, Roxborough, Manayunk, Roxborough or similar areas

  • Make a Right on Allen’s Ln.
  • Right on Germantown Ave.
  • Left on Mt. Airy Ave. (very quick left)
  • After crossing Stenton Ave. the road name changes to Wadsworth Ave.     
  • After crossing Cheltenham Ave. the road name changes to Easton Rd.
  • Stay in the right lane on Easton Rd. for 6 traffic lights 
  • Right on Keswick Ave. Keswick Ave. is at a light, 7-Eleven on the left.
  • Keswick Theatre is on the left.

Broad Street

  • Take Broad Street North (do not turn onto York Road (Route 611) but continue on Broad Street until you intersect with Cheltenham Avenue)
  • Turn Left onto Cheltenham Avenue and follow to the intersection of Cheltenham and Easton (Cedarbrook Mall and Holy Sepulcher Cemetary). 
  • Turn Right on Easton Road and

Cottman Avenue/Township Line Road (73 West)

  • FROM LOWER NORTHEAST, COTTMAN AVE., TACONY PALMYRA BRIDGE and I95) West on Rt. 73 (Cottman Ave.), CONTINUE STRAIGHT as it turns into Township Line Rd Cross over Old York Road ( Rt. 611)
  • Make a RIGHT onto Washington Lane.
  • Make your 2ND LEFT onto Walnut St.
  • Continue on Walnut until it turns into Jenkintown Road.
  • At the stoplight on Highland Avenue, make a LEFT onto Highland, then your 1ST RIGHT onto Wharton.
  • The Keswick will be on your right hand side.

Welsh Road (Route 63 West)

  • FROM UPPER NORTHEAST & BUCKS CO. (GRANT AVE., BYBERRY/RED LION RDS.)
  • Follow Route 63 West to Easton Road (Willow Grove Mall will be ahead of you).
  • Left onto Easton Road and follow approximately 3 miles to Keswick Avenue.
  • Left on Keswick Avenue and the Theatre will be on your left.
     

PA Turnpike West

  • From EASTERN BUCKS (YARDLEY, LEVITTOWN, BENSALEM or NJ Turnpike
  • PA Turnpike West to Willow Grove exit #343, and follow directions from Easton Road South below.

PA Turnpike East (from Blue Route or Northeast Extension (476), Route 202, Delaware & Chester Counties, Reading (Valley Forge or Route 422) Harrisburg, I 95 North, Wilmington, Maryland or Points South)

  • Take Fort Washington Exit 339
  • Merge onto 309 South Glenside/Easton Rd. exit
  • Make a left onto Easton Rd  Right on Keswick Ave
  • Theatre is on the left.

Route 309 South (Allentown, Quakertown, Hatfield or other points North including those traveling on 78)

  • Route 309 South to Glenside/Easton Road Exit.
  • When you see Michaels Restaurant and Arcadia University, you are six lights away.
  • Make a Left on Easton Road, Right onto Keswick Avenue
  • Theatre is on the left.

Easton Road South (Route 611) (FROM WARRINGTON, DOYLESTOWN, NEW HOPE)

  • South on Rt. 611. 
  • Follow thru 8-10 lights as you come down a hill, you will pass St. David’s Church on the light and St. David’s School on the  left.  
  • Continue thru the light at Park St., there is a Bally’s on the left, and Toy’s ‘R Us on the right. 
  • Turn right at the next intersection onto Easton Rd. (611 becomes York Road at this point and you do NOT want to follow it but if you do, follow the instructions below from York Road)  
  • The road is not clearly marked, there is a Burger King on the left as you turn onto Easton.
  • Continue on Easton Rd about 3 miles (You will pass a Roman Delight and the Willow Grove Park Mall, go through the town of Roslyn).
  • Left on Keswick Ave.
  • Keswick Ave. is at a light, there is a 7-Eleven on the right.
  • Keswick Theatre is on the left.

York Road North (From Broad Street, Elkins Park, Melrose Park)

Option 1

  • Make a left onto Township Line Road and follow directions above

Option 2

  • Follow York Road to Susquehanna Avenue (YMCA on your right – look for left hand). 
  • Left onto Susquehanna. 
  • First light after you have turned is Highland Avenue. 
  • Left onto Highland Avenue and follow past school, cross Jenkintown Road, and turn right onto Wharton Road (LA Fitness will be on your left). 
  • There will be two stop signs and you will be coming down a slight hill as Wharton Road becomes Keswick Avenue.
  • The Theatre is ahead on the right.
