MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

On www.keswickthreatre.com (the “Site”), you have the option of registering to become a member of Keswick Theatre (a “Member,” with the resulting membership being a “Membership”). To become a Member, you are required to pay the prorated annual Membership fee in the amount as set out on the relevant page within the Site (a “Membership Fee”). Memberships are available in either of either the two tiers, Inner Circle or Kwick Access (“Membership Tiers”), each of which has different benefits and requires a different Membership Fee, as such details are listed on the Site (“Additional Terms”). You must have a Membership, or a particular Membership Tier, to access certain portions or features of the Keswick Theatre (“Member Benefits”). Memberships are valid for the remainder of the calendar year from the date that Keswick Theatre confirms your Membership (the “Membership Period”).

Upon selecting the Membership Tier, and being approved by the Keswick Theatre at its discretion, you agree to pay the full Membership Fee required for the Membership Period at the applicable Membership Tier.

Memberships are subject to Additional Terms presented within the Site to You prior to registering for the Membership, and these Additional Terms may vary based on the Membership Tier that You select. Please carefully review any applicable terms before registering for a Membership. We reserve the right to change the price of Memberships at any time but price changes for Memberships will not apply to You during the Membership Period.

Keswick Theatre makes no representation, warranty or guarantee concerning the number, nature or quality of events during the Membership Period and there shall be no reduction, abatement or refund of any amounts payable by You due to the number, quality, nature or cancellation of events. You hereby acknowledge that the Membership Fee is not refundable.

Keswick Theatre shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to You or to any of Your property from any cause whatsoever, including the sole or joint negligence of Keswick Theatre, unless due to the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of Keswick Theatre. Additionally, You and all other guests accompanying You assume all risks and danger incidental the Membership Benefits, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to an event and agree that Keswick Theatre or its affiliates are not liable for injuries from such causes.

You acknowledge that all rights granted hereunder are in the nature of a revocable license and as such no property interest arises by virtue of this agreement.
